About Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

WHAT TO EXPECT

When you schedule an inspection with A+, my goal is not just to point out defects. I want you to leave with a better understanding of the home, how its systems are working together, and which findings actually deserve your attention. You’re welcome to attend, ask questions, and learn as much as you’d like along the way.

DURING THE INSPECTION

I work through the home methodically, looking at individual components as well as how the different systems relate to one another. If I find something important, I’ll explain what I’m seeing, why it matters, and what the next step may be. The goal is to give you useful context without making every issue sound like an emergency.

AT THE END OF THE INSPECTION

Before we wrap up, we’ll go over the most important findings together. This is a good chance to ask questions, talk through anything that stood out, and make sure you leave with a clear sense of the home’s overall condition and what may need attention.

AFTER THE INSPECTION

Your report will be delivered the same day in a clear, easy-to-navigate format with photos and practical explanations. And if something doesn’t make sense when you’re reviewing it later, just reach out. I’m happy to answer questions after the inspection, and that doesn’t suddenly stop once you’ve closed on the house.
